It's interesting I guess... I usually feel low self worth so I'm surprised when women give me IOIs, I'm like "why the fuck would you do that, why would you even like me" you'll notice it from their body language, or if they always have some excuse to touch you slightly, stuff like that. When that happens to me my heart rate spikes up, it's a rare occurrence.

Idk what to do I'm shy and not too good at sports, I was okay at football (), but I was only good at tackling/hitting and couldn't catch for shit, so I was on the 2nd team. I would also get nervous before games, and I wasn't used to the harshness of coaches, so I ended up quitting. I want to play sports, but I'm not sure how to boost athleticism. My social life is probably shit since I've only been to friends houses probably <10 times.

doesnt matter how good u are at the sport, what matters is that ur a part of the team and that will help u make social connections and make NT experiences
