Hey bros

18 year old here

6’2 75kg but im pretty skinny fat

Was thinking of running my first cycle, 400 test with 50 anavar. I’ve already been running 8ius of gh for a while now so im gonna continue that.

I’ve spoken with alot of juiced up friends of mine and they all recommended me to start with test e first and see how i react before starting tren, especially cause im young and still growing.

Some side notes as to why:


I’ve had very low motivation, discipline levels and even after eating well, getting my zinc and d3 and other shit in, I’ve still struggled alot, some days not even getting morning wood which is fucking horrible for my age, not to mention struggling to put on muscle. I’ve been stacked with exams and my parents are really strict about me prioritizing my education over the gym which limited me quite a bit, but since im moving out this year i can finally progress alot more. I understand that i should first stay natural for a year or two but in all honesty, im fucking tired of it all, with so many of my close friends being juiced and fucking jacked i really want to run my first cycle


I’ve spent months researching already, im getting my bloodwork this week hopefully to see my natural test levels before i order anything but if what I believe is true comes back in the results and my natural test is truly low, then i believe ima run my first cycle.

Just wanted some tips from you guys as to what to avoid and some things you wished you knew. I plan on doing hcg once i complete the 8 week cycle as well, i know its not needed but i can afford it so why not.

Also, i know this might be cope but ive heard a lot of people getting denser bones after a cycle, js wanted to know how truthful this actually was

Even take zinc supplements after

5 eggs a day

Get all my fats and macros in

Idek what’s wrong it might js be high cortisol shitting on my test levels cause of the fuckass lifestyle im living with school and exams

i was thinking of running a micro dose cycle or a low dose like 200mg

I plan on running 500 test e with 50 var for an 8 week cycle and keeping my hgh at 8ius. Ima add Reta afterwards as well cause lean is law

Yeah micro dosing was stupid and I feel stupid that I ever fell for it. Tren's real benefits come at higher dosages.

You need to push the dosage of Tren higher to get those remarkable results you see online.

The SWEET spot for DRASTIC recomp + muscle is 200mg a week.

Im at 125mg for now until my supports arrive for sleep and blood pressure, then I'll do 200mg for 1-2 months or so.

I also do 5 IU's of HGH daily and 325mg Testosterone a week.

8 weeks is not enough.

I thought the EXACT same thing as you did, one quick 8 week cycle JFL.

Do any studying into muscle building and you'll realize we are both retarded for ever thinking 8 weeks is enough. That's not even enough to build muscle nuceli.

Read my guide you have to run 9-12 months blasting with some cruising to get the full LONG TERM results. You don't want to hop off and lose all your gains.

+ Once you feel Supraphysiological levels of Testosterone it's hard to get off.

For tren, 1-2 months if you have proper supports. Monitor BP and get blood work.

My cholesterol is shit cause of Test + Accutane + Tren but Im adding statins + more supports for it.

Honestly its soooo different on person to person. This is why blood work is important. Thankfully free in my country.


There are 19-Nor DEMONS out there that can handle ONE GRAM of Tren with minimal supports.

You are right to not use DHT blockers, men who had repressed DHT levels during development had micro-penises.

DHT is very important during puberty. Should be maxxed out tbh.
