tbh i think its the neck and the nose like maybe do neck exercises to thicken it like weighted neck raise type things and then with your nose unless you want a rhinoplasty then your side isnt going to add up to your front profile but tbh rhinos from what i have seen seem to fuck up the front more then they do fixing the side
