what can I do to fix my flat face, yes I know my mandible is recessed. Would implants in my midface fix the horrid flatness or would it worsen my overall look making my jaw look more recessed.

Last picture is in harsh lighting, because first picture kinda in fraud lighting. not really asking for a rating rather a fix to my shit side profile and if it’s worth getting rhino for my bulbous nose. Or just overal if it’s worth hardmaxing altogether

Did you try the nose reduction guide here before considering rhino? consider fillers for your mid face because that can really be only fixed via hardmaxxing

Yea I’ve read it, that’s why I’m just debating. I’m not sure if my nose is saveable. But might aswell try it.
