i think bonedevelopment goes till like 25 i lack in mandibular length and my chin is not that long too can these improve by age (im 18)

Yes u can improve by getting surgeries done.

You cant predict bone growth. Most stops at around 15 - 16 id say but it differs from person to person

brahminboss grew bones at 20
