think of it this way: if you can fraud 187 cm, the height of the average James Bond actor and only 3 cm below 190 cm (which is mogger height anywhere in the world despite what weirdos here will tell you), with only 3 cm lifts, which are barely noticeable, then you won't appear noticeably shorter. Hell some celebs fraud 5 cm and normies don't notice.

According to the Dutch government's official statistics agency the average height for men born in the late 90s 182.9 cm, and it's based on self-reported data so you can safely assume it's inflated. The general male population's average height is 181 cm. I will always wear lifts (4 cm to be 187 cm), but I've made peace with the fact that I'm a few good cm above the average male height of the tallest country in the world and only 3 cm below the best male height.

However, ngl, if I had the money to afford Paley for LL (the only one I'd go to) I would do it in a heartbeat. If you go to him and don't do more than 5 cm (all I want) the complication rate is practically 0. But I don't think I will ever be able to achieve the kind of disposal income that would allow me to spend 200k on anything, let alone a surgery so I'm not really considering it seriously.
