Every time I look in the mirror at night, I think I look above average. Knowing that this image is distorted and unreal, and that no one sees me that way, is driving me insane. Does anyone else feel this way?

partially true, too difficult to tell but id address it as, you look the same to everyone but not get percieved the same way, unless youre a model there always will be people that find u attracrive or the opposite

I believe the mirror changes my outward appearance, how I perceive it now, but I think this image appears different than how my front camera or how people see you in the face. Do other factors like angle or time of day also play a role in the mirror?
