im 185 at 16 and im fairly certain my growth plates are still open due to me being a late bloomer and very clear signs of my puberty not being finished
(my dad is like 188-190 my mom is like 165)

wrist xrays? knee xrays? bone age estimate? what am i meant to do without any of that, depends on HOW open your plates are not on how tall your parents are, diet?
