18m, 174cm, Do I have mtn potential

I've only grown a cm or 2 this year, i fucking hate the way I look, do I have hope of getting to mtn.
I hate my fucking stupid ass chin and my fucking overbite.
Are there fixes for overbite or is there no hope, my teeth naturally rest more to the front and my bite isn't well aligned on the left side of my face
Are there possible fixes without surgery.
Ik I need to loose fat, ive lost like 5 kgs total and I'm gonna loose more, my skin used to be nice but recently I've started getting acne too.
