If your growth plates are closed which I’d assume they are js wear baggy pants to cover the height boosters you’ll be wearing and wear shoes that give at least an inch of height, make any excuse you can to not reveal that you’re wearing height boosters very very surface level advice you likely know this but there honestly really isn’t anything you can do, I could be wrong but this is pretty much it unless your willing to go through leg lengthening surgery for around 3 inches of height max
