Several month old pics but you get the idea, very insecure about my round baby face and am really considering surgery, probably going to wait another 1-2 years just in case but what procedures would be ideal to get atp

Your midface is extraordinarily long, and it can't be fixed to a significant extent with current surgical techniques.
Adding width to compensate length will not work out in your particular case, as your zygos are already quite broad, and just augmenting bigonial width would make your face look like a comical rectangle.

Ideally, you would want general proportions closer to these :

... and even then, the base wouldn't be the best to achieve very significant progress through surgical procedures (besides double eyelid surgery).


All things considered, while you could do a couple of hardmaxxes (e.g. double eyelid surgery, filtroplasty), I doubt it would truly change your quality of life. Therefore, I kindly advise you to focus on other things but looks, besides basic softmaxxing/healthmaxxing.

I am so sorry bro. All you can do is do softmaxxing to just look clean, roid for physique and betabuxx. Surgeries aren't even worth it in your case

Consult a south korean surgeon. The first thing you should looking into is a Blepharoplasty + epicanthoplasty.
