im aware i need to get asymmetry fixed (looking into botox for this), probably an alarplasty, and skin care (im on azaelic acid rn so it’ll get better soon). ultimately tho id just like to have a good idea of the exact things i need to do to reach HTN (even lhtn lowk). preesh
