I recently turned 18 and have ben training for 2 years i was fat and have lost 50 pounds im relatively lean now im 6'2 160 pounds but feel a lot weaker and smaller. ive been debating if i want to use gear or not and am still making up my decision but does anyone have advice on what compounds i should start with.

You're too young.
You should consult a sports doctor and an endocrinologist and get your bloodwork done if you're feeling weak.
Exhaust all natural possibilities of improvement then move towards TRT.

you should js stay natty but if u wanna hop on then do ur own research on roids and wait another year. average good beginner cycle would be:

300 test
an oral, preferably var or winny to start (optional)
2-6 iu HGH (optional)

Always prioritize diet and training. Don’t js let roids do all the work like a retard and make the most of ur 12-16 week cycle.

Dude you’re 6’2” 160 I’m guessing lean bc u lost weight. You’re realistically a twig with great height. Start lifting weights and increase your Protien to 1g per 1lb of goal weight. Eat in a 45%carb 30% Protien 25% fat u will be good. Do not eat carbs or a shit ton of food 2 hrs before you go to bed. Get minimum 7hrs sleep every night if u want to gain muscle faster sleep 8-10 hrs. Maybe look into ghrp and ghrh to max out natty gains in the first 3-6 months. Obviously take creatine if ur not eating 3.3lbs red meat every day. Once you have 10-15 lbs on your frame then you can start thinking about gear. Test is best HGH is great too. Don’t forget pct.

If you know all the risks and willing to take them then go for it it's good idea, you will get a physique halo on top of you're height

500 test, dut and ai on hand
 
yeah im feeling pretty small cause i was on reta for 2 months because iwas like 190 and 20% bf now im 165 and leaner but lost size and strength obviously cause i was eating very low calories but ill probably train for another year or so see how it goes but for now i wont be hopping on anything that will effect me long term.

If i run low dose of test with var for like 12 weeks will i need pct to regain natural test production

yea but u could also just blast and cruise. also only run the oral for for the last 8-10 weeks of ur cycle.
