Trim those eyebrows straight/positively tilted to try and compensate for the ntc.
Try something different with your hair, experiment. What's certain is that it needs to change.
In my opinion your mustache being downturned gives your face an even more overall downturned appearance (mouth, eyes etc.). I think it's pretty detrimental.
