But also, get surgery to fix nose. I would just recommend, if it's not obvious, that you debloat, get jacked, and squintmaxx before you indulge in any kind of permanent surgeries. They should really only be done as a last result.

Forgot to mention this but make sure you are lean too (10-12 percent body fat), you have a much better bone structure than most Asian men (and men in general) so you will probably look quite good when lean
