First thing i wanna say your lip ratios are completely fked so you need a lip lift asap

Your eyebrows seem a little laterally short so eyebrow graft needed also need to increase its thickness so eyebrow transplant

Your eyebrows bit high set so maybe supra implants but not dat necessary

Eyes are too hollow but your bones seems to decent so eye area fat grafts would be ideal

Frontal angle too flat so mandile arch bone shaving

Chin shaving to match philtrum length

Your have narrow mouth and palate lip commissuroplasty would fix that

Your carried by clear skin, bones i would say mtn~hmtn you can have niche appeal to certain women.
