You're already as softmaxxed as it can get, next step is surgery and you need a good couple, problem with asians is that they have shit vomer and shit periorbital.

Get a curtains haircut and as of surgeries id go with DJS

For implants you'd benefit from browridge/periorbital and infraorbital malar, jaw angle as well
