I mean yeah but since I am already like lmtn I was thinking I could do a few tweaks to at least be mtn. But lets say I manage to get a rhinoplasty a canthoplasty and a lip lift. Where would that put me?

Its been a few months since my last rate so I wanted to see how much I have progressed. Next month I am hopping on hgh, I will be taking it for pretty much the whole year, I will start at 6ui and by the end of the year I will get up to 10ui so if Yall have any tips and how to avoid health issues (diabetes, heart issues etc) I will be more than thankful. I did my fair bit of research but any type of help is welcomed
