18M. Looking for honest feedback on my face / front profile. And what I should improve.

Please comment on :

  • Facial harmony
  • Jaw/chin
  • Eyes/brows
  • Hair
  • Leanness/body fat
  • Skin/grooming and etc....

Trying to improve, not sensitive. All advice helps.

Unfortunately a lot of skull asymmetry. Not impossible to fix but for sure one of the most difficult things to fix. Nose should be narrowed and lips widen but these are minor in comparison .

You could drop a little more body fat but your hardly a fatty. Most other features are solid/good and decent harmony.

I had braces, all 4 of my molars are coming in. they dont cause pain but ortho said they want to extract all 4. I denied, also i had a permanant retainer on my top 2 front teeth but it was later removed and i use a clear retainer right now. just for ortho.

How should I go about the skull aspect of it all

You need to make sure any kind of ortho issue is fully resolved, and your jaw is in the correct location/teeth are in final positions.

After that you can add or remove mass to match. It's less risky, painful and likely less costly to add implants but you'll need customer ones made with a 3d ct scan in CAD. They will also likely need to be PEEK implants as silicon for anything but chin is not ideal in the face. Likely you could get away with just augmenting the left side to match the right one but its possible to do both for best outcome overall for the lower section.

Alternatively you could get the bone cut or shaved but that's way more risky/painful/hard recovery.

Some of the asymmetry extends into the mid 3rd but from what I can tell it looks like it stops below the zygo arch, so likely you dont need implants there.

However once you go up to the top 3rd there seems to be asymmetry again. It's possibly just the picture or your hair but more likely the skull. Likely hair fruading is the best option. Shaving bone that far up ig could be done but its basically unheard of in anyone but trannies. 1-2 people are starting to make peek temple implants but this is extremely uncommon type thing. It also may or may not look good to add bulk there just for the asymtery fix. A lot will depend on finding the right person to CT scan your actual bone and soft tissue and find the specific problem and then address it.

My guess is adding bulk to lower 3rd via CT custom PEEK implants and then shaving the top third if it can be done safely and someone will do it(epply lol). Would produce the best aesthetic outcome. But make sure all ortho issues are resolved first.

yeah i’m not touching anything skull wise rn. still in retainers and molars coming in so i’m focused on making sure ortho and bite are fully locked first. what’s the move right now though. like what’s the first step to confirm everything’s actually stable before reassessing asymmetry?
