18m, what else besides leaning down should I do to improve immediately?

you're never going to inprove instantly bro just stick to it if you want results


obviously its all optiton buyt i don't think the mullet is the best play fixing your hait is brobably the best thing you can do straight away

what do you think i should start doing to ascend? It dosent need to be immediate, I just want to know what i should be doing. Im framemaxxing rn, i use tret for my skin and im leaning down.

lowk i cant rly tell the photos arent great

there is a thread on how to properly take photos

a rough explainaton is be more than a meter form the mirror use the casmera on the opposite end of the screen on the phone have the camrea in line with your eyes snd take it as a mirror photo in 2x zoom

make sure you are 90 degrees for side so you can really see bones
