yeah i guess bro im high inhib for that shit tho id probably have to snort some speed or get drunk before every stream to appear normal geg altho ive heard most streamers abuse amphetamines so

Don't take substances for IVL interactions, it's useless.

Just talk to people all the time and naturally it will become much easier.

I noticed that when I was working and had to talk to a lot of strangers and colleagues all day long, I was way more low-inhib. But when I spent long periods as a NEET, I couldn't even articulate properly when talking to people.
