18yo need rating/surgery planning (pls help) pics posted

Been on gear for about 6ish months now, has helped masculinize me and spawned in my lower 3rd (still recessed). If I could get a rating from ppl who actually kno what they are talking abt/reputable. And let me know what i need to improve/fix w surgery. planning on getting filler in a few months (jowls, gonion, smile lines, forehead wrinkles, chin, possibly under eyes but scared abt migration), will keep it short term for abt a year and dissolve the rest that hasn't already on its own. this is my time to save up for surgery where I plan to get a rhino, genio, and wrap around/gonial implants. Currently 6'1, 200lbs, 18 don't know body measurements like bidelt but i do have a blocky waist. sorry if pics r gay/frauding. tried to use enough to show overall face but lmk if u need more.

what color u think i should do for the contacts? hair is naturally brown and ive had it black and now its bleached, u think i should leave it?

ask chatgpt for different hair and contacts colors as well as different lengths and try combinations, it works really well and ur coloring will look amazing
