Your nose likely got fucked up from your downswung face and recessed profile unlike mine which is just genuinely dogshit in its structure.
rhino is decent investment but if you aren't able to get ur hyoid fixed you would benefit more from chintuck or liposuction in that region because if you aren't morbidly obese you really shouldn't have a hyoid region as bad as that.
