I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, my diet consist mainly of grass fed ground beef from the supermarket, chicken and occasionally fruit. Sometimes I will get frozen meals that aren't as healthy. I drink mostly water and iced tea. I eat fast food 2-3 times a week but have been trying to cut back. I don't have a skin care routine and I don't put any products in my hair. I go on daily walks in the sun.
