If i were you i would try to fix eye angles, get nose surgery, try to lower bodyfat by like 2-3%, grow hair a bit more, restray eyebrows, wear fake eyelashes, idk what else

This is self conflicting. “Uncanny” doesn’t actually exist, it’s just how you look in certain bad angles.

With this being said, the immediate first surgery you should get before anything else is a Bimax with significant maxilla advancement. Not sure how easily you’d get approved for a Lefort 2 but try your best to get that.

Lf2 is for nasal issues, his maxilla is pretty recessed so there is a chance he may be a candidate for it. A standard Bimax with a Lefort 1 would still ascend him heavily though.

he should get bimax instead lf2, and yea like u said getting lf2 to him prob wont happen since this surgery is not for aesthetic likely.
Normal bimax should help him much tho, with maybe jaw implants or supras&infra
