Infra's and lip width isn't much big of a failo for you. UEE and PFL combined with your ct is fucking up your eye area so bad. Also you are mostly recessed.

I’ve actually measured level pics and i’m 90% sure my canthal tilt isn’t actually negative its just negative hooding from weird upper eye fat idk what I can do for that bc if I had it removed I’d just have more UEE

you might have to look in to marpe, your mandible is far more forward grown than your maxilla. speak to your orthodontist

My palate is narrow & I had overcrowding as a kid but my ortho just opted for regular braces and extracted
Would it give meaningful maxillary forward growth or just lateral at my age?

Yes there are I believe calcuations in BOTB
Height plays a major role even more than face outside the First World

Its definitely important but its not as linear as face its more like thresholds tbh

There’s not being short (near mandatory), being tall (>6’) (useful) and then theres heightmogging (6’3”,4”+) (optimal), with declining smv at extreme heights

It might be a bit of poor mouth posture but I think my side is mainly just imbalance between mandibular/maxillary projection
Maybe MSE/MARPE would help?
