I look far older than my age and my demeaner etc comes across as mid 20's. Very good for work and professional environments in my industry, however I'm struggling in my personal life, socially, relationships. Never had a girlfriend etc.
Possibly neurodivergent, autistic etc. Going to a doctor soon.
Started gym consistently again to improve pretty much everything. Photo is just after gym before shower, started skincare (moisturizer & cleanser)

I want genuine honest ratings and feedback, things I can and cant improve on.

Over. Lefort 2 ccw jaw rotation or acclusal planr rotation to fix underbite. No lips fix it narrow jaw and boneless face, narrow lower part compare to forehead makes you look like a new born. Truly flat pan face for a white it's done and dusted tbh leave and start money maxing.
