19, Should I do aqualyx?

Thinking about doing Aqualyx, but I’m worried I’m gonna hit a nerve or something and paralyze my face. Would the results from it be worth it in my case?

I don’t think it’s bloat I think it’s fat. I’m eating like 30g carbs per day max and have a 2:1 potassium to sodium ratio. I think I just have shit face fat genetics, when I go over like 140lb I get moonface even though my body still looks lean asf. Would the Aqualyx get rid of the remaining fat in my cheeks?
