19 starting to softmaxx

Current physical stats are 5'11" (easily frauded to 6'1" with thick shoes & insoles), 155lbs.

Lost 10 pounds this summer. Current facial protocol is natural weight loss via diet and exercise, tretinoin cream for acne, waxing/plucking eyebrows along with regular shaving, daily SPF lotion. Will be attempting 45% hydrogen peroxide for teeth whitening next week.

Want to try to finish softmaxxing asap so I can better assess whether gear/surgeries are needed

honestly man, keep doing what your doing, looks and sounds like it’s working, easy softmaxxes that i have tried/do is simple things like mewing (get into the habit of mewing, and then after a while it will be your tongues resting point) and also just get a lot of potassium in you, through tablets, coconut water, kiwi fruit stuff like that.
