the answer varies on country and what your looks are, a 5'6 CL and a 5'6 MLTN would have different stories as well as 2 5'6 HMTNS in a country like the netherlands versus asian countries where most of the guys are 5'5 anyway
if you're the most average looking guy facially in the US, you have possibilities of being loved at above 5'6, not having to worry about height being a failo is around 5'10-6' and height being no concern at all is like 6'2+
