Brows and mouth are the problem on your face and they are easy fixes
Well you can always pluck&trim ur brows to a certain shape you can’t change your lip shape without surgery
I recommend brow grooming and a lip reshaping Hardmaxx

Well it isnt very likely he’ll get to fix it without lefort osteotomies which are highly dangerous and invasive
