These same to same Pimples keep popping back on my face I use those Facewash and shit goes for a few days but pop right back up these are ruining my looks and cheeks Fuck help me out here. Are these like fungal acne or something ? How and what can I do to get Rid of these permanently and no don't say laser or anything surgery related.

The variance in testosterone between natural individuals is too minor to justify such huge differences in sebaceous gland activity. Other factors like MC1R activity and similar have more significance.
