These same to same Pimples keep popping back on my face I use those Facewash and shit goes for a few days but pop right back up these are ruining my looks and cheeks Fuck help me out here. Are these like fungal acne or something ? How and what can I do to get Rid of these permanently and no don't say laser or anything surgery related.

I haven't jacked off since like 4 weeks i believe in semen retention I did got a nightfall 1 week before but that's it. It's clearly a skin issue
