1st day (400 mg)—I took 400mg a few hours before i went to bed and i woke up in the middle of the night drenched in fucking sweat; my bedsheet and blanket were soaked. I went to the bathroom and when i came back, my bed was cold and wet. It was disgusting but the next day i had no side effects besides being a little warm.
that night i took an extra dose since i had barely any side effects (retarded in retrospect) so around 600mg total
2nd day (400 mg)—I was lethargic asf and sweaty asf; I walked up one flight of stairs, and I was out of breath and sweating. I slept through one of my classes and when i woke up, my paper was soaked in sweat. JFL.
3rd day (200 mg) - I was in school sweating my fucking ass off as if i just ran a marathon while literally just sitting down. people in class asked me why i was sweating so much and i told them i just came from playing basketball in the gym (I don't even take gym class lol). Since the side effects were so brutal, I decided to skip the second dose that night
4-6 days (0 mg) - i skipped the DNP, and my sides decreased
7th day (200 mg)—I started back with 200mg with basically no sides.
8th day (200 mg)—only got a bit warm since i skipped a few doses
9th day (200 mg)—was pretty lethargic and had a shit workout since dnp depletes glycogen
10th day: 400 mg
11th-17th day - 200-400 mg, same side effects
starting weight
- 185 lbs
Ending weight
-170 lbs
(Ancillaries)
- 2g vitamin C
- 2g NAC
- 5mg Reta
- 25mg T3 ran for 2 weeks after cycle
I ran this with 5 mg of Reta primarily for the appetite suppression since I've heard of people getting crazy carb cravings. I would definitely recommend using a GLP-1 because I didn't get any cravings throughout the cycle. Also, I've heard tirzepatide may be better at suppressing appetite
