Basically says that having a house meaning you're tied to one location and working all the time is no longer seen as successful since foids now want the guy who is just travelling around doing fun shit all the time coz he's not tied to a job and prob has passive income
This has always been my goal, not to buy a house and be stuck in one place but to be able to go anywhere and have plenty of money with no set job

As much as people make fun of this guy he has decent ideas and talking points, especially shit like this (having a sick lifestyle etc and men being able to peak later) only issue is he copes a lot sometimes

I agree, that is the ideal lifestyle. It has always been my goal to live like that and I did achieve it, but not through hard work, through inheritance.

I still dread the idea of wageslaving 30 years to pay off a mediocre home, and traveling to some tourist trap once every year.

new meta is mgtow

Even chads like @Niko who could have a sexy HTB girl as a house-slave still opt to stay single instead. That's how little women matter now.

Because I realize how fickle and chaotic life is, it's possible to lose everything one day, for example due to war, global disasters or political movements. I just try to enjoy life on a day to day basis while it lasts.

Ideally, yes. Everyone needs to trust fund or a good 2 years of saving plus a flexible schedule to enjoy life.

he's only renting it
The one thing I'd say tho is that you still need to have a base where you've got a car that halos you

Owning a big house is a meme now

Most of us won't have our own families. Buying small apartments around the world to crash to sounds ideal imo

fuark I haven't watched this bloke in ages but him and Tate did actually help adjust my mentality towards age and male SMV (maybe cope as I rapidly approach 30)
has he put out anything else especially worth watching in the last 3 months or so?

OK but you need actual funds to even begin thinking of a lifestyle like this. Equivalent of saying "want a job? Start a business!" Gripe that boomers gave

this is possible for like .001% of men.

thank god i'm in that .001%

What do you do for a living to achieve that?

sell shit on ebay. granted, it's taken about 7 years to get to the point where I could conceivably live like this. although I really haven't been working very hard. i wish i had started when i was 18 and not in my 30s.

you wouldn't believe how much free money is out there.

Nice, How much can you can make a good month vs a bad month?

Watch as they leave the moment you're no longer able to afford trips

Be a chad and watch them travel to you

I hate traveling plus it's not viable for most men.

That was pretty much the spread - a couple thousand to like 10s of thousands. $50k might have been a little optimistic, although not impossible, but at least $30k, although I'm sort of betting on one item being worth like $15k and I could be wrong. Earlier in the year I bought 142 $300 items for a couple thousand. And then earlier in the year I made purchase that will net me like $5k. And then there have been countless smaller deals. And I work like 2 hours a day, which doesn't even feel like work.

Also, in my experience, you get lucky far more often than you get unlucky. It's pretty hard to lose money unless you're completely retarded.

I mean, I'm still just saving as much money as I can because I don't know how long this can last. I'm not actually traveling around the world.

Thanks for sharing, last question. What's your biggest tips to succeed in that? What did you learn on the way to becoming so good at that?

I wouldn't second guess myself. If you know you can make money, pull the trigger. I usually try to at least double my money, before fees and shit, so selling price 2X buying price (including shipping taxes, fees, etc). Like worst case scenario, double your money. Of course, if you're absolutely certain that you can sell something for $3000 and you know it it'll sell quickly, then spend $2000 to sell for $3000 is fine. It depends on how much cash you have.

I regret stuff I didn't buy way more than stuff I bought and lost money on.

Also, I'll let stuff sit for at least a year before I lower the price. When I first started, I thought if something didn't sell in a week then it was priced too high. I probably left so much money on the table.

If you're bidding on an auction, always set an alarm. ALWAYS! Not setting an alarm has cost me thousands of dollars in missed opportunities. Just the other day I did it. Probably lost out on ~$500 of free money.

Don't be lazy. Don't assume if you have to go out of your way or pay for this or that in order to get an item that it won't be worth it. Like, if I can make $5000, but I have to fly to Europe to pick it up, but I can get to Europe and back for $1500, then I'm going to do that. Other people probably don't even thing about buying shit from Europe because they're worried about shipping costs, without even looking into it. I've hired freight companies, dangerous goods specialists, fucking redditors to go pick shit up. As long as I can make money, it doesn't matter what needs to be done. I've gone to the library and taken out old auction catalogs.

The only thing is you kinda have to have a good memory for prices and objects.

Oh, and keep excellent records from the very beginning. I still owe shit loads in taxes because I don't keep any records at all, and I'm scared to do them.
