I feel like shit, I'm super sick and for the first time ever I actually wanted to go to school. I didn't because I'm genuinely so sick. Iv'e been eating well today

200g of sugar
6 raw eggs
beef (later today)

I won't go to the gym today, side note, I've seen tons of gain, even when I'm not going to the gym.

I've tried sugar diet it only can suppress hunger but the energy isn't as good as eating carbohydrates and drinking electrolytes
