1st time smoking and it was a cigar

Today I smoked for the 1st time and to do so I used a cigar. The feeling was fucking great but I didn't ate before. After smoking that shit for an hour is felt dizzy and I started feeling weird. 45min later I vomited and went to sleep. After waking up I felt so good niga that was awesome. I belive I should eat next time before smoking so I won't vomit but definitely doing that again.
