you have very good base you should start asap

tbh I did 4 exercises push-ups, pull-ups, rows, and dips (w/ progressions ofc) and saw good results.

Get laser hair removal your chest hair patchy. But for someone who has a new Asian gf weekly and doesn’t workout you do have a good physique and traps. Also the skin is looking good my boy!

nothing except creatine I just did that routine with a weighted vest for maybe 10-11 months then switch to weightlifting

Idk i buy shitty creatine from Amazon. idk if this shit even works. I put it in a protein shake and I get no stomach issues.

pull-ups 3x6-12 (1-2 min rest) then push-ups 3x10-15

dips 3x8-12 (1-2 min rest ) then rows 3x10-15

repeat this for 3 days per week with rest days in between

obviously I used variations to make these easier/harder and you will need to do the same if you want results

after 10 months of doing this routine i peaked at

3x6 L SIT pull-ups with 50 lb weighted vest
3x10 regular push-ups with 50 lb weighted vest
3x12 ring dips with 25 lb weighted vest (don’t recommend using much weight on these)
3x15 good form archer rows with 25 lb weighted vest

Eat only real food and eat it according to your bodies’ desires. Calorie Counting will work but it’s tedious and will make you hate gym.

Cardio is nice for mental I like it. I barely did it during the timeframe in these pictures though.
 
My fellow Nigerian manlet is motivating me to gymamax.
