2 1/2 month diff js from 1400 calorie deficit intense cardio daily, working out 3x a week. starting to work out 5x a week. lmk what i can improve

don't take Reta during your puberty years, honestly don't even bother going on a cut. if you want to maximize bone growth during your pubescent years just eat a lot of healthy natural foods, hop on hgh, start at 3iu and slowly make your way up to 10 throughout the course of a year. then when your finished with puberty you can do whatever you want, if you start Reta now your just gonna be a malnourished blackcell with no bones.

i was 231lbs now im at 189 im planning on cutting down to 165 i dont want to be a fat chud

but i was looking into taking hgh i just dont know a reliable source or the true prices of it
 
malnutrition😭 stop cutting that aggressively in puberty
 
just start eating more for your overall development

go on google and search tdee calculator. once it gives you your maintenance calories, eat like max 300cal under that. the losing weight is slower i know but itll be more beneficial for overall/muscle development
