2.5 Month Ascension Protocol | 17yo | Recomposition & Peptide Stack


Stats:


• Age: 17 (Turning 18 in 3 weeks)


• Height: 1.79m (5'10.5")


• Weight: 73.8kg (162.7 lbs)


• Body Fat: ~16%


• Goal BF%: 10%


• Target Weight for 10% BF (holding current LBM): approx. 68.8kg (151.7 lbs).


The Stack (Pharmacology):


• Fat Loss/Leaning: Retatrutide. Starting at 0.5mg (Wed/Sun split). Titrating up by 0.5mg every 2 weeks until 1.5mg ceiling.


• GH Secretagogue: CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (200mcg). 5/2 split (off Fri/Sat).


• Hair/Brows: 1mg Finasteride ED. Topical Minoxidil 5% on eyebrows.


• Skin (Prescription): 20mg Accutane ED (12-month course).


• Peptide: MT-1 (Melanotan 1).


• Proposed Protocol: Start with a loading phase of 250mcg ED for the first week to assess tolerance, then move to 500mcg ED until desired pigment is reached. Maintenance: 500mcg 2x per week.


Training & Athletics:


• Gym (5x/week): Mon/Fri: Back & Biceps


• Wed: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

• Sat: chest, bicep, forearms


• Sun: Legs & Lower Back


• Combat: Kickboxing 2x/week (Tue/Thu).


• Stature: Posture and neck training every other day.


Grooming & Aesthetics:


• Eye Area: Ordinary Lash Multi-Peptide serum (nightly). Dyeing lashes black and eyebrows dark brown every 2 weeks.


• Hair: Growing it out for a slick-back flow.


• Dental: Semi-annual whitening strips (3-year consistency).


• Skincare: * PM: Cleanser -> Salicylic Acid (Alt days) / Tretinoin (Alt days) -> Moisturizer -> Caffeine eye serum.


• AM: Cleanser -> Moisturizer -> Caffeine serum.


Daily Supplementation:


• AM: Omega-3, Vit K2, Vit D3.


• Dinner: 20mg Accutane, Magnesium, Zinc.


• Pre-sleep: Creatine, Calcium.


Goal:


Shredding down to 10% BF while maximizing lean mass and optimizing facial aesthetics (skin/eye area/hair). Will be posting progress photos soon.

Don’t take magnesium and zinc at the same time split them (magnesium before bed so zinc in the morning preferably)

if your diet is extremly locked in then maybe this happens but if its not then shit isnt happening in 2 months

I understand completely that I won’t look entirely different but i will at least gain a tan from mt-1, get clearer skin and be more lean using reta I understand there will be no significant muscle trough peptides or gymcelling 2 months (I’ve been in the gym for about a year now) but changes like getting leaner and getting a tan + growing my hair out an obtaining clearer skin will obviously impact my appearance
