I got no ED but wanna try Cialis just for the mog, is 2.5mg going to do anything? Is it still gonna last 36h ?

Anyone here tried it ?
 
it will improve long term erectile health if u take it consistently, also helps with PE if u do that. But prob not necesary under 30

Im struggling to source it consistently so I'll only use it when I slay. Is it gonna have any noticeable effect for one night ?

yes, could be a little or very much depending on if you are a hyper responder. Id imagine for some ppl on the low end, id imagine 2.5 would just make them able to keep a more consistent erection. On the higher end, you could be 9.5/10 hard for 60+ minutes, and stay hard easily after cum.
When you have an erection, it means more blood is flowing into your pp, than leaving. I dont recall any scientific termonology for this proccess but this essentially happens by having your blood cells in your pp, convert to bloodcells that dont flow out of your pp. pde5 is an enzyme that converts the non-flowing blood, back into flowing blood. When the pde5 converts the blood in your pp into more flowing than non-flowing, your erection will lessen. Cialis (like tadalafil[Viagra]) is a pde5-inhibitor, meaning it prevents the pde5 enzymes from taking action, keeping your non-flowing blood from converting into flowing blood, and their for keeping your erection.
This is just to help you understand what is happening with your body when you take pde5-i's, so you know it should be effective.

I did 30min a day, high air pressure. Worked for me. WAY TOO MUCH FOR SOMEONE JUST STARTING. I was just starting out at the time when I did this routine. However, knowing what I know now, I would never have started with this routine. It can lead to irreversible dmg. I would say start out doing 5sets of 5minutes at 10inches of mercury (Mercury is a measurement of the air pressure in your pump. However, I'm not sure on the pressure measurement, I would look up on r/gettingbigger if you want to be sure about what pressure you should pump to). Get a pump with a pressure gauge.

immediately after pumping, your pp will be swollen and significantly larger. This result is not gains, it is the equivalent of the pump you get from working out. However, you will make gains. and pumping gains are, in general, permanent. some ppl say you can lose abt 20% of gains overtime. But any loss greater than that, I dont believe.

The best analogy I can give is: Imagine having a balloon that's size maxxed out at a certain air pressure (This would be your maximum erection strength). If you took that balloon and artificially expanded past that air pressure (this is the action of pumping), the latex (penile tissue) that makes the balloon will stretch out. When your balloon has undergone this process hundreds of times, it's latex will be much more stretched out, leaving it appearing larger when not inflated(flaccid) and allowing it to inflate to a greater size at the same natural max air pressure(erect size). If you never artificially stretch this ballon again, it will remain larger in its deflated state and will continue to maintain its enhanced size at maximum air pressure.
This analogy explains my understanding of the process the corpus cavernosum undergoes during pumping. However, there are other aspects to PE like stretching of suspensory ligaments that I believe can reverse over time and contribute to a 20% loss if you go long term without PE.

Lol, I could but I don't stand to gain much. Not even shit-tier .org clout. lol. If youre rich, LA pump is fine. If you are not, I wouldn't. The mechanism that created the vacuum within the chamber does not matter. Vacuums are a simple thing. A literal pvc pipe with a pump on the end would create the same exact vaccuum as LA pump. I would just get a cheap one on amazon w a gauge. If you look at my posts I have a kind of story/beginner guide/my take on PE. I'll @ u on it.

I see, but at least tell me what and where should I read and research on, I was reading last year on thunders, but everything seemed hard, all sorts of complicated routines that made me not start! And while doing this is 2.5-5mg daily cialis good, how often to pump? I was thinking high frequency like daily but only a few minutes
 
1. If you want the best approach to anything, it is best to get advice from a wide variety of sources (once again r/gettingbigger is gud pool of sources). But if you don't want to do that for PE and feel that it is overwhelming, BD Peak Male Physique and or Hink are good sources and you can find all the information you need from either one of these two. They are both medically trained, idk abt BD, but im pretty sure Hink is an MD. I personally like Hink most.

Hello man, just ordered a pump, I think I will start pumping EOD a few sets of a few minutes and build up till 3 sets of 5minutes! I will start with 5HG pressure and build up till 10! I will also take 2.5mg EOD cialis as 5mg gives me bad headache! Is my routine ok? I want to build up to 3 sets of 5 minutes daily! But I am a bit scared of hanging because it can lower my erection angle, what should I buy cause I don't wanna jelq! I was thinking pumping only!
