Is 1. Being sedentary, and not exercising absolute cope which can ruin your gut health. Goatis is right but also wrong, he means spending all day outside and walking or running when you need to not sitting on your bed all day.
2. No fiber, so many people say fiber is cope, when it’s not. Fiber is absolutely needed, especially from root plants and fruits. Our ancestors ate them aswell, why would you not eat them? Even salads/greens are not bad.
If you disagree with me on this, let me know. But personally trying this out made things worse. Fiber is needed for me and my gut. After eating lots of yogurt, fruits, salads, fiber dense foods my stomach started working again.
