What is the method

How would it be possible if I already have good posture
You need to try long term inversion therapy and banded sleeping. You’ll get at least another inch for sure

What is the method
Long term inversion therapy, banded sleeping, perfect posture ( actual perfect posture).

You need to be consistent though for months

I believe they can emporarily decompress the spin, but not add vertical height

Yes. Debunked by who? The bands don’t need severe resistance to the point of pain. A traction device is another alternative

Posture directly adds height. Inversion adds apparent height and can lasts for a while. Ideally you should do it before going out.

I'll give it a try, I got nothing to lose anyways. Can you make a guide on how to do the setup and for what periods of time to do the exercises

I haven’t tried the bands or traction device but I’ll make a guide on inversion therapy. It’s pretty self explanatory though.

Also make sure you have zero forward head posture and pelvic tilts. Be honest with yourself about that because even mild cases make a difference

ive heard of this
is the height gain permanent?
No but it can decompress the spine for a while so it’s ideal right before a date for example.

Chris Bumstead seems to go from around 6ft or so to 6’1, even sometimes 6’1.5 with it

You need an inversion table so you can be fully upside down. You can try dead hangs too

Listen. it's over

Average white female height is now 6ft

I don't even know average white male height because they are such mutant freaks you can't differentiate past 6'3. It's at least 6'3
