Alright @androgenic let’s set the record straight.Pure white sugar isnt the miracle carb you think it is.

White Sugar Is Not the Miracle Carb You Think It Is

Let’s get this straight: sugar might seem like the perfect carb source for bulking because it’s cheap and easy, but it’s not the solution for long-term muscle gain. It’s just empty calories with no nutrients.

1 White Sugar Is Empty Calories

Sugar is nothing but energy with no vitamins, fiber, or minerals. If you’re serious about bulking, you need more than just calories; whole foods like rice or potatoes give you nutrients for recovery. Sugar won’t do that.

2 Volume Isn’t a Problem, It’s Part of the Solution

You’re complaining about the volume of whole carbs, but volume helps with satiety and digestion. Whole carbs provide more than just calories—they also offer fiber and other important nutrients. You can hit your calorie goals without relying on pure sugar.

3 Health Markers Aren’t the Whole Story

Your perfect HbA1c and fasting glucose numbers don’t mean sugar’s harmless in the long run. High sugar intake, especially fructose, stresses the liver and pancreas. Insulin sensitivity today doesn’t guarantee health tomorrow.

4 Glycemic Index Isn’t the Full Picture

Sugar’s glycemic index doesn’t tell the whole story. Long-term, simple sugars can harm your body despite their lower GI. You’re cherry-picking data to make sugar seem harmless, but there’s more to it than that.

5 Processed Isn’t Just a Buzzword

Processed foods, like white sugar, lack the nutrients whole foods provide. Keep ignoring that fact if you want, but processed sugar is just empty calories. Whole carbs give you both energy and essential nutrients.

6 Your Anecdotes Aren’t Proof

Your experience of eating 2kg of sugar and feeling fine doesn’t make it right for everyone. There’s a lot of evidence that whole carbs are better for health and muscle gain. Sugar’s just a quick fix, not a long-term solution.

Conclusion: Stop Pretending Sugar Is the Answer

Sugar might be cheap and easy, but it’s not the miracle carb. Whole carbs offer long-term benefits, while sugar is an empty source of energy. If you want true muscle growth and health, rely on nutrient-dense carbs, not just sugar.

Eating pure white sugar for no reason is going to fuck up your internal organs..Then dont ask why youre fucking unhealthy looking motherfucker.

Shut the fuck up, this is looksmax, we debunked fibre being good for you back in like 2020.
Of course, how could we ever live without fiber? The magical nutrient that bloats you up,makes your stomach feel like a washing machine, and gives you that oh-so-charming gut bubble symphony.Truly essential, right?
fiber is overrated pal.Half of its ‘benefits’ are just your body trying to survive the unnecessary burden you’re dumping into it. And for what?To feel ‘full’? Newsflash: feeling full doesn’t build muscle, calories and protein, micro's do

Keep chewing on your fiber bricks while we stick to what actually fuels gains.

Right, our ancestors ate raw unprocessed honey with nutrients and antioxidants when they could find it,which was pretty rare. But yeah, let’s act like they were chugging it daily and compare that to eating processed white sugar.Genius logic orc.

not really a rare find, they find it just about every time they go foraging and consume up to 20k calories worth of it.

Sure, they might have found honey occasionally, but it waadnt an everyday thing. Foraging didn’t guarantee honey every time, and even when they did find it,it had to be shared among the group.Comparing that to modern processed white sugar consumption just doesnt hold up.Plus, honey wasnt even available in every region. It depended on the local environment and the presence of bees, so not all of our ancestors had access to it in the first place

Maybe your ancestors never even saw honey in their entire lives?thats possible

This is just a study about some random tribe

This is not valid proof that OUR ANCESTORS did the same

You claim is wrong
we can't actually study what our ancestors did since they're dead, these are some of the only living hunter gatherers.

Yes we cant study what our ancestors did so we dont know the answer

(A very different scenario)
A tribe in some cold region ate raw fish, do this mean our ancestors did the same?

No we are never gonna know what our ancestors did, studying a different random tribe about it is usseless

We will never know

Yes the real answer of what our ancestor ate is "they ate whatever they saw" (dont mean its healthy)
