I fact checked both Lattise and Favipiravir. Favipiravir seems quite promising (although I don't know the probability of getting this as a result of taking it). Lattise and eye pressure medication doesn't give me anything promising whatsoever.

Favipiravir tints your iris indigo though; it doesn't really change your eye color. I don't know if it's even permanent too. You basically still have your same eye color, just covered in indigo.
Found this: https://dir.indiamart.com/impcat/favipiravir.html, an Indian store to purchase from but I don't know the legitamacy whatsoever.
