actually really simple no hard maxxing involved in around these 2 month i found out proper posture is the most important i always had a weak posture due to being a gaming addict i focused on my whole body posture not only my neck thats what most guros say i trained my real delts focused on back also i had a full routine that focus on training musvles around the face got a little bit leaner too cut out most soda started taking my vitamins going sauna every 3 days and sprinting 2x a weekHOW BRO, WHAT THE FRICK. Yea I’m focusing on shaker exercise because of my low hyoid rn and extreme Hard mewing 30 minutes atleast rn, hope this shit ascends me somewhatreally combining alot of soft maxxes tog ppl thing hardmaxx is the only way but if u focus for a week on habits it will become daily habits and u will get used to it
