Up 12lbs around 8-9lbs of muscle and my bench went up 35lbs lol. Bulking is op. 150 dry now started at 138. I had plateaued in strength pretty much and muscle for about a year. Only thing my body did on that year was lose a couple percent of body fat and add like 10lbs to my bench. But now that I started bulking every lift is up by around 20-30lbs. Also I know my lighting and camera sucks I'ma fix that soon
