Supraphysiological is a bit of an overexaggeration but exogenous around 5x ur bw in kg would be an amount which would certainly the function of your penis. Dut and RU would be your best bet because it seems like your MPB genes are quite brutal. Yes test is androgenic so it would mainly be about finding the balance between DHT inhibitors and the exogenous testosterone. It's really about trial and error but I 100% would be considering test if I were you because the sides of dht inhibition throughout the body can be shit without proper support
