Brief update on my situation: No improvement whatsoever, I'm still weak. In fact, my eyesight has gotten a lot worse, I can't see clearly at all and everything is extremely blurred. I was going to get my driver license but I can't drive safely like that if I can't read street signs.

Most likely not going to happen. I'm still getting worse and the majority of iatrogenic botulism victims never or only very slowly/partially recover, including many cases much less severe than mine. We'll see.

However, I'm not exactly sure whether my current vision problems are due to botulism or because my neighbor poisoned me, since my vision became like this shortly after that and my eyes were tearing a lot

brutal, this just reminded me, I have a drivers license, I can drive forward but I cant park a car, maybe after 5 tries I would but not without trying few times
