Any tips for me pls or should I just wait for surgery ...

On top of my head, im thinking rhinoplasty, and definitely jaw implants, but your nose is really thick so most likely rhino won't look very good

I am 5 foot 11 and weight 64 kg now

Non hard maxing tips, try to smile more, or at least look happy, your lips from end to end is very narrow and downturned and you look pissed off

Yea I'm planning to fly to Mexico for a genio and rhino this year
